TestAS is a standardized aptitude test in Germany. It is intended to assess student's intellectual and cognitive abilities as they apply to undergraduate programmes in Germany. The Test Modules

The test is administered in two ways: digitally or a paper It is made up of the following modules:

·        Medicine, Psychology and pharmacology are all disciplines(digital)

·        In the digital mode, students can select from six subjects rather than four for the subject specific Test.

·        The paper-based mode lasts approximately 4.5hours, including a 30 minutes break.

·        The digital TestAS take approximately 3.55 hours.

·        The test is available in both English and German.

·        Students must take both the core Test and one Subject specific Module.

·        The subject specific modules they select is determined by the programme to Which they wish to a apply at a German university.

·        Some universities require students to take a subject specific module as part of their undergraduate programme.

·        Universities also specify the language in which the student must have taken the exam.

·        The Certificates validity is indefinite.

·        To pass the language module of the test, students must have at least a B1 level of proficiency in German.
