Riga is the largest city in the Baltic states and the third largest city in the Baltic Sea region (after St. Petersburg and Stockholm). It is also the geographical center of the Baltic states.

ACCOMMODATION AND CAMPUS

HOSTEL

There is a spacious student hostel on the campus of Turiba University which offers both permanent and short-term accommodation, The hostel has well-equipped shared shower rooms and toilets with two kitchens on each floor of the hostel. Students have access to a classroom, TV room, computer room, and free WI FI as well as self-service laundry a hair salon, and other services important for students.

The number of beds in a standard room ranges from two or four. Depending on the occupancy of the student hostel it is possible to rent four bedrooms as a triple-double or single according to the pricing.

 

CANTEEN

For the convenience of the university students, the campus has a canteen and a cafe where you can enjoy a delicious meal at a reasonable price. if you are planning to stay at a student hostel but are unwilling to cook don’t worry the cafe is open and is only a two-minute walk away from the student hostel.

STUDENT COUNCIL

If you are active and like to participate, decide, create, generate, experience, and make something lasting, then the student council is waiting for you it is a place for students who want to fully enjoy their study years, actively participate in shaping the university environment and of course develop themselves as a personality. The members of the council are actively involved in solving academic, cultural, everyday life, sports, and other issues that are important for students, by creating a better university environment and a more exciting time for studies.
